James has been a consultant, country P&L general manager, executive leadership team member and Partner in both privately owned mid-caps as well as global PLC organisations providing search and leadership advisory services.

His focus has been largely on the consumer services sectors, with a particular interest and expertise in retail financial services and digital marketplaces. His client portfolio includes large PLCs through to mid-cap and smaller private equity backed enterprises with strong marketing, data, analytics and customer centric business models.

James has lived and worked in both the northern and southern hemispheres and gained experience

across the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and South-East Asia. A graduate of architecture, James has been a Chairman and Governor of an independent school and trustee of an endowment fund.
